There are several vendors reproducing these wiring harnesses including Rhode Island, and YNZ. I imagine there are others also for a popular car such as a 59 Cadillac.

Brace yourself for a healthy price but they are so good and easy to install (My experience is with Rhode Island) and the finished product is exactly like the original in appearance but better in quality.
