Turns freely....sitting in my garage near Cleveland, OH. 

$250--plus will deliver reasonable distance for a reasonable fee.  I drive to Minneapolis every couple of months, so could deliver somewhere along that route fairly easily and would only charge for how far I have to go from my normal route.

East of Cleveland...Geauga County.  I made a deal today to sell it.  If it falls through, will post back here.
