Top hoses are basically straight hose available from ebay, bottom a little trickier.

The upper hoses are straight 1-1/4" ID, available at most auto parts stores. For the lower curved hose, get one of the following:
  Gates#20589
  Goodyear#60744
  Dayco#DC582
  Modac#7443
  Uniroyal#CH427

The above hoses are for a Ford truck, I believe, and are too long and have two curves. You only need part of the hose with one curve, so just cut off the portion you don't need.
