Purchased a 1979 deVille and the prior owners removed the power antenna.  Wish they had left it in the trunk but not that lucky or like most folks leave it up and pull the fuse.   I'm looking for the escutcheon assembly piece for the fender.  I also need to know someone that can rebuild the power antenna I purchased from the salvage yard motor makes noise but does not raise or lower.  Mast can pull out and is straight.
