Definitively fishing starting a reserve auction at $1.  There is a huge lack of information to help anyone make a pricing decision, and a great deal to negatively impact that buying decision, by stating "it has some issues."

LOL  More honest than many sellers.  The issues can be seen like rust under the vinyl top,  cracks on the drivers door panel top, most likely a cracked steering wheel rim to name a few.   

The seats look mint for 113K miles.   Or is it 13K and the car sat outside?
