Looking for a decent spare tire well and a set of door access panels for a 49 2 door.   Thanks.

You;ll find a lot more 1949 Buicks around than Cadillac. The parts you need "should" be the same unless the tire well is slightly smaller. And of course, '49-49 Olds 98 will work, but there are probably more Cadillacs around now than the Olds. Best of luck.

Measure your well and compare to the ones in the after market.   You might get lucky*.
Due to the natural water collection and undercarriage protrusion for gravel strikes most of these are the first to go.   If they sit, they're the closest to the ground as well.   Finding good ones is not that likely.   If there's any, probably on the west coast or dessert yards.  If no one here responds.
Not sure what you mean by door access panels, but what I think you want, those can probably be easily made from flat stock.
* - if you use new tires, they may not fit in the original dimensions.   Seems there's a trend to upsize tread width and the wells were made for the skinnier bias sizes.
