General motors class ring

I think I have a early general motors institute ring I can not find it anywhere online . Does anyone know what I have is it gold. Going to have it tested it seems to me yellow and white gold or silver and yellow gold. Pictures below please someone tell me what I have here thanks.

I would not think it would be any different than any other class ring.

Depending on the year will change what and how they called the school.

I am a graduate of Kettering. (The name change in 98) before that it was GMI even though GM had nothing to do with the university at that time. Then it had a couple of names while GM was involved.

My fraternity became Sigma Chi in 1963 when the school became accredited. The documentation at my fraternity headquarters does not even call it a university. They just call out the chapter as General Motors.

Cadillac Jack 82

I know of Cadillac Craftsman rings, tie clips, cufflinks, etc.  They can be found throughout eBay.  I have a 57 Cadillac gold tie bar which looks really spiffy with a skinny tie.
