Why are the 41-61 wiper transmissions 1/2 inch higher off the cowl then the 41-75 series?  Thanks M. Shultz

It was the way the cowl was formed and the way the wipers moved back and forth.

The 41-61 and the 41-75 used different bodies and had different contours on the cowl. Therefore the wiper transmission castings are different. Same situation with the 40 Lasalle series 50 and 52.
