57 Coupe

I am in the process of restoring a 1957 Coupe DeVille.  I am looking for the passenger side rocker stainless & also the narrow stainless strip which come to a point like a spear.  I have also been told two things regarding the wheel covers.  Some say that they are completely polished bright with the exception of the painted area.  Others say they are bright but the section going up toward the center cap is like a brush finish. 
Any help with these problems would be greatly appreciated.  T. Schaub  29227
