1964-67 Cadillac Intake Manifold

Looking for a crack free intake manifold for a 1965 Cadillac with A/C, casting number 1477387.

Hi Kurt,
As mentioned in our text conversation, the 67 will work only if other components and the carb are changed. Stick with the 63-66 as discussed and you'll be fine. Casting number will be the same and this was used on all models so AC or non doesn't matter. They're all drilled and tapped for the compressor. Also, since these don't get that hot, you can usually braze the cracks rather than having to weld them, which is tricky at best. Alumirod works too. This way, since you're going to remove it anyway and the crack is usually on the bottom, only you will know it's been repaired. HTH, Jeff
