I haven't had any dealings with Shocks 2 Springs but I have had all four of the lever action shocks on my 38 LaSalle rebuilt by Five Points Classic Auto Shocks in Santa Ana, CA.  (www.classicautoshocks.com) Their service was good and they seem to have done a good job as I have had no complaints with the shocks since being rebuilt.  They were also cheaper than Apple.
