'41 exhaust system

My friend is in need of a complete exhaust system for a '41 series 62.  Do we know anyone who would have one in stock?  Most places want 10 to 12 weeks for delivery

I ran into the same problem. Had to wait almost six weeks for a muffler. Another idea would be to have Midas or similar type shop make one. It might make a difference with the sound depending which muffler they use.   Harry

Some fifty years ago, I needed a muffler for my '41, and was told that there was a Ford truck muffler that would fit. You might check late sixties Ford truck muffler's length and see if you could find one more readily than wait "forever." Best of luck. See if you can find a parts store like NAPA that has had a guy there for ages and ask him.

Contact Marc Ohm, phone numbers 636-398-8810 (home) or 314-494-3706 (cell). He has a NOS Walker muffler correct for 1941-1949 Cadillac and an exhaust pipe (manifold to muffler) for 1941 for sale. These are my parts no longer needed because age is catching up with me. I don't think he has a tailpipe, but Waldron Exhaust should be able to supply that part.
