1981 Eldorado Grill Wanted

Hi - trying to help a friend get his '81 Biarritz Eldorado repaired from an accident.   Looking for an excellent condition grill, NOS if available, or close to new condition.  I assume any model year will work, '79-85?

Foley Cadillac Parts in EBay has these. I got one from them and it was a great NOS part. Good luck.

I can speak from experience and tell you that a 1985 grille does not fit a 1980 model.    Like yourself I assumed the 79-85s were the same grille opening.   But I had to fabricate a way to refit the 85 style to fit my 80 Eldo.

I got mine from Foley Parts and it fit perfectly. I took me 30 minutes to drop it in.

I have a nice driver quality 1980 Eldo Grill, 2 like new 85 stock grilles and a chrome Cap/Stainless RR style grill too.

80 and 81 might be the same.

I would use google (click on images) to check.

If you need some front fillers these are NOS originals.

Thanks for the info!  I'll give them a call next week.  Yes, needs a LH filler panel also but the Foley listing mentions 1982-85, maybe it will work?  Niether of us are fond of the plastic aftermarket alternatives.

Perry I used these fillers on my 84 Eldo and they fit perfectly (see attached picture).
