Should my 1957 Series 62 non A/C car have a 5 blade fan with a clutch?  When I took my car out of storage to get her ready for the spring I noticed that I have a 5 blade fan with a clutch.  Is this standard or something someone added later?  If its a later addition should my car have a fixed blade only?

Surprised there is room for a clutch unless the spacer was also removed.

Interesting wonder why someone added that.  Do you guys have photo's of yours?  I see that there is a 4 blade on ebay right now for 30 bucks.

BTW if my memory serves me correctly the spacer is still there.  The clutch is about an inch or more from the radiator.

Hope they didn't change the pulley, too.  Maybe you should post photos of what you have.

Will do.  Both the fan blade and the pulley are easy things to find.  I should hopefully have pictures to post after this upcoming weekend
