i was sold a tail shaft housing from Transmissions by Gene and told it was for a 57.  well it was for a 59-60 and he wont take it back and has stopped answering email and calls.

selling for less than i paid.  i also cleaned it up, painted it with Cadillac blue motor coater and installed a new seal.

$125 + actual shipping from 85308

That guy has a reputation of a cocky old uncooperative person. I'm not surprised. Was that an ebay deal? If so, you have recourse.
