The manual makes it sound so easy; push down and turn counter clockwise.
Well, Ive pushed and turned about as much as I can!  It will not come off.  Ive even tried using the wifes jar opener (little rubber cone) with no luck.  Im hoping there is a trick Im missing.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Eric

Eric,

No trick, but you have to push down really, really, really, hard then turn just the plastic top, it then pops out.

Ive done a bunch of these and they are never easy. Once you get it out install a little grease or vasoline on the plastic to make it easier the next time.
