Cadillac Fleetwood Talisman for sale...

A 1974 Fleetwood Talisman in Terra Cotta is for sale in Holbrook, New York on Hemmings Motor News.
Any information about this car is very much appreciated, since finding a good Talisman is a dream-come-true for me.
Unfortunately many of these cars tend to be overpriced, but in this case no price was mentioned on the net.

they usually bring $8-$9K in good shape

Usually, if the price is not listed...its because its too much! In this case the price is $28,000. The car was not even washed in the images...covered in what appeared to be years of dust. Rear fillers were split too.

This car is not a Talisman. Nice car, but not a Talisman.

Dashboard in one of the pictures had a Talisman name plate on it. What does that mean?

The upholstery and console are correct.  How can you tell it's not a Talisman?

The eBay one looks legit but the vinyl top has been redone and the Talisman badges were replaced with a ridiculous looking, oversized Cadillac badge.

My apologies. Of all the pictures I looked at I did not see the front seat or the "Talisman" badges. However there should be a "Talisman" badge on the sail panel.
