Anyone had any experience with this company?

They offer a refurbished pad at quite a bit less than JustDashes.

How does this one stack up?

IDK if its the same one I just saw through my Google search they have a 2.7 star rating.  Sure Just Dashes is expensive but with a nice car like a 60 might as well do it right.

Many of their reviews are downright scary. I realize there are two sides to every story but there are a lot of bad stories here. Better stick with Just Dashes.

I already came to that conclusion without much effort.

I bought one for my '59 Seville and was very happy with the product.  However, getting that dash pad took awhile.  They first sent me a pad that was from a '60 car.  They paid for the shipping back and I eventually got the correct dash.  The two extensions of the dash that is attached to the door were in a slightly different color that the actual main dash pad.

The material and texture were very nice, but the service was a bit inconvenient.  They were every apologetic. In the end it did work out fine.

I was told by them that they use the actual factory molds for their dash pads and they remarked Just Dashes hand trim the foam pads to form they pads suggesting they do not have the original molds.  I do not know if that is true though.

To me, looking at the background of their (Dash Pad) "factory" in their dashboard photos suggests this is not a company that produces or refurbishes dashboards. There is no equipment, just a heap of car parts and assorted small tools/compressors etc. There is spray paint all over everything which makes me wonder if they vinyl paint their dashes to the color requested. It looks to me more like a place that tries to shine up/paint some car parts for resale and they outsource the pads. One review confirmed that they outsource and this is why it takes forever to receive your part back.

Dash pads (Just Dashes) and interior fabrics (SMS) are 2 items which almost every car needs done, and it always amazed me that a company could come along and make bucket loads of cash for providing these items in a correct look and efficient manner.  I have never heard a complaint from Just Dashes.

I would not mind seeing a You Tube video of how they do what they do.  Maybe I should check it out.  No dash pad survives, it seems.  A person can not "make" or restore a dash pad, not a normal guy like me anyway.

I've seen a number of original '59 & '60 dash pads that survived in near perfect condition. It's worth noting that construction was different between the two years, in addition to a mid year change to the '59 pad.

Warpage is common in the '59 pad but rarely cracked while the '60 pad often cracked, but almost never warped.

To add to Eric's reply, I've noticed that original 50s pads warp around the radio and around the Autronic Eye (if equipped).  My car is 100% original and its warped there and it matches other survivor car photo's I've seen.
