  I just have a question about how long it takes to get the manual. I ordered it on the 15th, but haven't received any notification of shipment or tracking number.
 Just before I ordered that, I ordered a parts manual from Faxon, and it showed up today.
 My question is, are these manuals in stock or are they printed as they are ordered?
 I have an order number, so I'm fairly certain that I ordered it correctly. I just haven't received any notification from them one way or another as to the status of my order.
 I don't mind waiting, I am just curious, I'd like some idea what to expect.
