Title: 1960 Whats This

Anyone no what this strange bolt is for? I found it on driver side, head bolt 2nd cyl in. Take a look, Ive never seen anything like this.

Looks like a guide bolt usually used in pairs to slide the head onto for correct positioning so the actual bolts can be started.
