1960 Coupe - Metal around rear window

Hi,

The metal around the left side of my rear window is rusted out. If someone had a parts car that has this section I'm wondering if it would be easier to patch with a section from a car, rather than fabricating something. Anyone have a 1960 coupe with this section?

Not sure if one piece from another vehicle would be able to be inserted successfully, but with deft cutting and fitting, anything is possible.

The best thing I would be suggesting is to replace individual sections, and then each part can be fitted perfectly as a jigsaw puzzle, then buttoned up.

Just because you can see rust, there will be parts underneath, and out of sight that will be just as bad.
