The Tassie Devil(le)

G'day all,

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce the passing on the 21st February, one of our long-term CLC Members, Bill Hedge.

As well as being a long-time CLC Member, he also was a guiding light to many, and one of his voluntary positions was as a Moderator of this Forum, which he joined in 2007.

He suffered from Parkinsons for years, and only recently had a fall, resulting in a broken Hip.

Rest in Peace Bill.

Sorry to hear about Bill Hedge's passing; he was a genuine nice guy.

Noticed he hadn't been on the Forum for almost two years.
Enjoy life - it has an expiration date.

I owe Bill Hedge a huge debt of gratitude.  When this forum was in its infancy over twenty years ago and forum moderators were needed, Bill Hedge immediately contacted me to volunteer.  He continued, to my knowledge, under recently.

Thank you, again, Bill, for your assistance.

Rest in peace, sir.

Bill was indeed a genuine nice guy.  He knew of a hood hinge I needed for my '73, he went and removed it and sent it (at my request) to a rebuilder in New England.  Typical of the type of helpful people we have here.  Sorry to hear of his passing.

Bill Hedge was a good guy in the CLC that would help if you needed it. He once immediately took down a disparaging comment about me because Bruce was still asleep.  :)  :)  RIP, Bill.
