Back in the day (1970s/1980s) my dad owned a GM / Delco Authorized Radio Repair facility.

A former employee now repairs radios during his retirement years. I remember him being a good guy.

Quote from: AACA Forum User 95CardinalI can recommend a radio repair person who has done about 10 vintage radios for me.
His prices are reasonable and I've never had any problems with any of the units he has refurbished.
I always ask him to add an auxillary input so I can play MP3 files.
He might even know where to find the radio you're looking for.
His name is Kim Kusluski.

Good luck!

Thanks for that. He is only 15 miles from me. I will reach out to see what all he can do. I hope he can also help with arranging the chrome restoration

Carl,

You may want to contact Southern Electonics in Richmond. They have did four or five radios of mine over the years and they do outstanding work at reasonable prices. They have a few old school repair personnel that are really knowledgable.
