'80s or early '90s wire wheel cover center caps; 5 for $50

I have no connection to these.  The seller is listing all five for $50.  The photo of the one displayed looks great.  And there's a photo of a "Genuine GM Parts" label.  However, the seller doesn't say they've never been used.

I contacted the guy. He says they are used but nice.
If they were NOS I would have bought them but I have a lot of these used already.
