Hi all , just an update on my 36 water pump , after getting some outrageous prices plus our import tax
I had nothing to loose in stripping it down and checking it out myself, pump came to bits quite easy with no major damage to the shaft or impellor, the bronze /brass bush was slightly worn but could be easily made, I fitted 2 V pac seals VP087050-02 and a new bearing 1623 2RS
and all seems OK at the moment Total cost about $20 ,worth it just to strip the pump
