This is a set of five hubcaps with the medallion stamped rather than inserted into the hubcap. One medallion should be repainted or you could just use that hubcap as a spare in case you lose one!
A separate single picure shows slight chrome deficiencies on the edge of one hubcap.
Another shows the medallion that needs repainting.
Repairs on the inner ring on the back side of one has been successful. (bottom left hubcap back side photo)
While this shows 1940 by the medallion color, repainting them to 1939 colors could be done.
