Im sure theres a 59 expert out there somewhere who can tell me this: I have noticed on looking at many photos of 59 Cadillacs some steering wheels appear to have NO steering wheel horn ring, others have a half horn ring, and others have a nice full horn ring... were different steering wheels used with different models or ??? Just very curious about this guys... thanks for any answers.

Jamey, To answer your question. YES, all series had the same "Full circle" POT METAL horn ring which was easy broken.Someone is making new rings out-of Stainless-Steel, which are more durable. I think they are for sale in "Himmings MOTOR
NEWS".

Thanks Jim for your reply... I appreciate it. Makes sense to me now that SO many have been broken over the years... guess an ORIGINAL pot metal horn ring in unbroken condition is a very rare find! Thanks again!
