Is the collection in Chicago that has predominantly Ford products?  If so, I probably have a picture of that Eldorado somewhere.

The Cappy Collection belongs to Jerry Capizzi of Chicago, a great long-time collector who holds only the "best of the best" cars, including some very rare examples.  As Lars indicated, this collection is almost exclusively Ford products, with one of the few exceptions (or perhaps the only exception) being a 1976 Bicentennial Eldorado with less than 100 miles on it.  I recall seeing this car, but do not know whether it is still owned by that collection.

I saw this collection several years ago as part of a Thunderbird club outing.  The collection is incredible.  He has Fords, Lincolns, Mercurys, Edsels.  They are all well optioned (of much interest to a Cadillac fan like me), many very low mileage, and as Richard stated, all perfect!  If I remember correctly, his father or Grandfather was Henry Fords corporate attorney.
