Low voltage of 9v at compressor coil. 76 eldo

I am getting only 9 or so voltage the ac compressor connector. I have all I need to troubleshoot this to the source, but figured I would ask if anyone has seen this first, to save some time.

If you have good voltage at the battery, my guess is that there is
a burned connector in the path feeding that clutch coil.  If so it
will likely keep getting worse till it quits altogether.  Do first
check that the coil ground is really at ground.  good luck, Bruce Roe

Solved. Turns out relay just needed a contact cleaning, easy.
