Hello I am installing an original fuel/vacuum pump on my 1952 331.

I think the easiest method for me is to use brass barb fitting for both fuel and vacuum but I was wondering if someone could please let me know what the thread/fitting size would be into the pump. They all look the same size but I'm not sure what to order.

It looks like maybe 1/8 NPT? I will be running 5/16 soft line.

Thanks.

They should be 1/8 NPT, but go to parts/hardware store and buy one and test fit or take the pump in store to fit.
A thread gauge should measure 27 and be at a slight angle.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply and especially for adding the chart. I'm located down the bottom of the world and local stores don't carry NPT fittings so I have ordered some online. It does look like 1/8" NPT should work but wont know for another month or so when the fittings come.

Thanks again!
