JW,
I don't think anyone makes patch panels for the quarters on 60's. They will have to be hand fabbed or cut out of an existing car.
As far as the 390 goes..there is a '59 in Yakima on craigslist
Sorry I can't post a link

Cheers,Pat

Hi JW,

Click on the link in my signature to find a long list of parts suppliers for vintage Cadillacs. Perhaps you can find donor sheetmetal from one of the many salvage yards listed. Another company called Classic Fabrication makes rockers and floor pans and front fender panels for your car. Contact them about the quarters.

You might find an engine from one of the companies listed as well.

OPG may be getting them from Richie at Classic Fabrication. Not to bad mouth OPG, but they have a habit of finding a beautiful photograph of an item, listing it in their catalog and then taking pre-orders. Unless you ask if it's in stock and ready to ship, you won't find out until you wonder why the UPS man isn't stopping at your house.  ??? HTH, Jeff
