Title: Bruce Reynolds this has your name on it.
Post by: Quentin Hall Australia on January 09, 2011, 05:00:31 PM
G'day Bruce, After seeing the smile on Keith D's face when I found one that says KEITH Cadillac and gave it to him for Xmas, , well then I instantly thought of you when this one showed up. PS if you put it on you are not to drill any holes in your boot lid. That's what NASA invented silicone for . . .

Off topic, Q.

Just freezing our nuts off here, in South Carolina, yet hoping you all are keeping your feet dry with all that catastrophic rainfall that just hit the Bisbanme area. Is not your "pad" (Palais Royale) quite close to  a stream or river?

Stay safe, mate and hive the rug rats and hug Wendy hugs from us !

G'day Yann,
Been a little nervous as I am away in 5000 miles away in Perth working. The creek beside us did not cause problems for us but was roaring and  raging away like a freight train. Apparently a neighbours back yard disappeared down the raging torrent. Wendy turned to water (pun) and took the kids away for the worst but thankfully it fell short of our place. Came to 20 yards from the shed though. Three Eldos and three goldfish live another day. Others in Bris haven't been as lucky. Whole suburbs currently under. Did you see the Toowoomba footage ?? That's what our creek looks like. Just no cars going down it thankfully. The 2012 Grand Nationals are in Toowoomba. Hope it can rebuild in time. Such a shame cos it is one of our favourite spots in QLD. We were there only a few weeks ago, all the shops we walked along are destroyed .
Thanks for the concern. When I get back I promise to send a little video cameo that Bronte did with Eva on Christmas day. Gita will want to come and visit again just to cuddle her.
Take it easy. Q
PS Dean Martin has just come on the radio. "Lil ol' wine drinkin' me" and I am just about to crack a beer after a long day of working on a Brougham. Does it get any better ;D ???

Hey Quentin
Are you hanging out in Ross's garage?  I agree, it does not get much better than that.
