Steele Rubber Products in N. Carolina deals in these, including vulcanisation to the metal frame around the rubber part.

I got mine from Terrill Machine in Deleon Texas - they have more stuff than they list in their ads. I wouldn't want a NOS one because rubber breaks down with age.
