I've never seen a proper replacement made to date. I just went to his ebay site and found nothing for a 49.

make a cardboard template of the exact outer curve and have a sheet metal shop make them. nothing out there is going to work. we're on our own with cad/buick/olds stuff.

ones from rockerking worked fine w/minor tweaking
