I'm not sure what an exhaust spreader is.  Can you explain in more detail?  Picture would be helpful.

The factory Exhaust Spreader was an accessory offered for 1937 Series 50 & 60 Model LaSalles and Cadillacs to function like a musician's horn mute to muffle certain objectionable exhaust sounds. To quote the Cadillac Data Book ... " The exhaust gasses expand through the small opening in the end of the spreader avoiding certain turbulent eddies. " The guts of the spreader are made of cast iron which makes the complete assembly plenty heavy hanging off the end of your tail pipe ! bb

Bruce said if he has an order of 6 he will produce them. They are $300. Each plus $18.50 for shipping I need two, so four more  to go ahead.
