Anybody know a good source for a new throttle (accelerator) cable for my 1967 Eldorado?

Do you have the original? If so them maybe you can take it to the auto parts store and ask them if they can find one like it.

If it helps any the 67 â€" 70 Eldorados all used the same throttle cable except the 68 with cruise control.

My 67 Eldo has cruise - wonder if that matter?

Only the 68 with cc is different.

Try Jeff at Willington CAD in CT, Cadillac Tim in Iva, SC, or USA Parts in WV. Tim rebuilds cruise units and is likely quite familiar with your part requirement. Jeff has very competitive prices on used parts and mid 60's is his forte.

AAMCO Transmission in Butler NJ replaced my throttle (accelerator) cable for $35.00 plus tax.
