Looking for a set of running boards for a 1937 Lasalle series 60 convertible. PM me with anything you may have or a source where I can purchase the same.
The 1937 La Salle is a 50 series, The Cadillac is the 60 series. boards may be the same but there are many differences in body parts.
Maybe these people can help you : www.runningboardrubber.com . Good luck . Paul Tesone CLC #6876

Paul, i have been in contact with these running board rubber guys and they do a great job but they only do it on your own running boards. I got the impression from this thread the whole running boards were wanted not just the rubber?
Hi Steve - I thought that might be the case ; but I figured , at the very least , the site might prove useful to Walter if he ever gets his hands on running boards with rubber that needs replacement. Paul Tesone CLC #6876
I am pretty sure the running boards for the lasalle and the 60 series caddy are different. The 37 60 series board attaches to the bottom of the front fender with a extension that bolts to the bottom of the fender, the lasalle is seperate with a chrome cap on both ends? But the actual rubber coated part could be the same?I know 60 series and possibly 65 series are the same, the larger series are different in how they attach to the fender, again the rubber coated part might fit them all.Anyone have a MPB that might break it down. The place that is mentioned only will do your old original boards, they do not have any spares for sale, and be warned they do fantastic work, but they are not cheap.
