This is a steel clip for steering column. It is placed on a square hole and the transmission gear indicator is attached to it. Does anyone have one of these?

I have the clip you need. I can email you a picture if you want. According to my 1964 Cadillac master parts book this clip is the same from 1956 to 1964. Let me know. Thanx Frank
