Title: 1947 fender
Post by: Gary Blakeslee on March 11, 2014, 08:23:17 PM
I AM in need of a passenger side front fender for a 47 Cadillac convertible, or the front section from the head lights   to the weld joint under side of fender.
Are all fenders the same length on all models for the 47 year?

Gary: You can use a front fender on a 47-62 series convert from any 47- 62 series sedan or coupe as well as the 47- 60s but not from a 47-61 series or 75 series. The front fender on a 46-62 series is the same length and looks the same as a 47-62 series front fender but the area from the headlight bucket to the grill is different on the 46 since the 46 has a different configured grill than a 47.    Bill
