Title: 345 piston needed
Post by: yachtflame on August 08, 2014, 08:02:06 AM
On my drive home from the GN at Lake George, I lost three rod bearings. After taking the rods and pistons out, I find that there is a 355 piston in my 345. Not a terrible thing but that piston is in rough shape. I was hoping to find a replacement piston in good shape to replace it with. If any one has a spare, please email Wayne at  yachtflame@yahoo.com. Or call me at 340-998-5199.
Thanks,
Wayne Elsworth

I need a standard piston for a 1931 Lasalle. Same as a 1930 Cadillac (353).
A 355 is a 1931 Cadillac, same size, different rings.

Sorry Wayne, I was on a completely different track there. I didn't realize you were talking about the earlier cars.
