Title: Chapters or clubs near Fitchburg MA
Post by: Alex60caddy on January 11, 2015, 09:55:09 AM
Hi my name is Alex I'm 23 years old. I have a 1960 Cadillac series 62 convertible but I inherited from my grandfather. Me and my grandfather were best friends and he was the one I turn to for antique car questions but not having him as a resource anymore I'm looking to make some new connections.

I am wondering who would be the best to talk to or which club or chapter would be the best for me to join that's close by where I can gain some information and hopefully go to some events with people with similar interest.

Thanks, Alex

Hello Alex

Welcome to our Cadillac & LaSalle Club and the CLC Forum.  I am very sorry for the loss of your grandfather and friend.  The camaraderie and automotive experiences are irreplaceable.

The era model you inherited is a Dave Hollis design.  We have not completed an authenticity manual yet but it is in process.  To find model guidance I would suggest Brian Rachlin.  He is receptive,  methodical and traditional.  To locate a residential region I would recommend that you contact Dave Rubin.  To align yourself with a lifetime friend you should contact Michael Cascio.

These individuals can enhance your Cadillac experience.

Hi Alex

The New England region of the CLC is quite strong in your area.  This will get you started:

Thanks I miss him a lot.
Thanks you for the info and contacts. Can I find these people contact info in the club registry? Is Dave Rubin a club representative near me? Who is Michael Cascio ?

I will look into the New England CLC how does is work with regions? Do they operate separately from the CLC.

Thanks,
Alex Gay
