Title: Underhood Owner's Identification Card
Post by: Rod Dahlgren #19496 on September 30, 2015, 09:47:20 PM
Did they end the under hood placement practice after 1958? What was in the glovebox for a new owner from 59 and up?

Rod , The early production 1959 Cadillac's had the Owners identification card placement stamped into the top inside of the left front fenders under the hood. But again these were early production. A good Friend of mine owns a 1959 Eldorado Biarritz in white , black top and white leather with gray dash and carpet with the Owners ID left front fender on it. With regard to contents complete on Owners manual case for '59 I'll leave that up to someone else.
