i am looking for a thermostat housing for my 1971 eldorado . i cannot find a part number or suppliere is this a specific part or is there something generic that will work .i am in australia so generic maybe my best bet but if someone can point me to a supplier of a correct part that would be great

Attachment shows the part number. Note that the Part guide is from 1974 so that's where the fitment stops.

You can use one for a chevy but you will have to elongate the holes with a file as the chevy bolt holes are closer together.

thanks for the link 69 deville that ebay listing shows $49.99 buy it now with 210 dollars postage to australia for a second hand part. getting raped on postage makes buying stuff like this prohibitive hence i am looking for maybe a generic part that i can buy locally
