I really need a tail light lens for a 37 cad, please help. Can be flawed, doesn't matter. Robert Brown, 813-753-8961 thanks. Thanks Harry Scott, he sent me a lens and I now will attempt to make a mold for this lens. Bob.
What Series you need might help any one that might respond to your request. Good luck.
I might have an extra for you let me check.
Have you checked with AllCads.com? They have a lot of parts they don't list.

Allcads used to sell them in plastic. I bought two from Ed many years ago only to find the reproductions he was making were for the 38 which is a smaller lens allowing for the chrome bezel. Sold them both on only to then buy a 38 that needed them UGG!
When I can get out into the shed I'll see what I have left.
I just checked last night and I completely forgot that the 1937 Cadillac lens is different from the LaSalle lens of the same year. Sorry...
Thanks for the response and what an education. I had no idea that there were so many differences in the lenses. I hope the one that Harry sent me will fit, I will keep you posted. The lens should get here Friday. Oh, my model is a 37 model 60 Cadillac 4 door. Thanks again for all of the responses. Bob.
Harry sent me the 37 Cad model 60 lens. but I couldn't use it because of the damage to it, so I am sending it back to him. I am still looking to buy a lens. I didn't realize that there are reflective ridges on the inside of the lens that would be almost impossible for me to recreate for the purposes of making a mold, so I will hold off until I get a complete and undamaged lens. I anyone has info. or has one, I want to buy it. Thanks everyone for your help, Robert Brown.
Sent you a PM Robert
I finally realized that these are very rare, so I broke down and bought the one on ebay for 485.00, so I am good for now, and I will let you know how the molds come out. Bob.
