Try for one from a 1940/1941 Buick Super/Roadmaster. It should be the same. Incidentely, for show, I believe that the seat material is oilcloth rather than leather. (Or whatever they called it back then.)

Easiest think in the world for a good upholsterer to make from foam.

BTW Barry, my first 41 convertible was definitely leather in the rear so I don't know what the criteria was unless it was interior colour?

Hi Steve, It's been ages since I've seen, even longer since I've sat in a '41 convertible rear seat. I don't know where I "heard" that the back seat wasn't leather. Thanks for the heads up and correction.
