As title states, mine are bad. I never realized I didn't have audio coming from the rear until I tried this morning to fade to the rear out of curiosity. I took down the enclosure, and found that the speakers were disconnected from the amp. Not knowing why my Grandfather would have done this, I plugged the cables back up to the speakers, one at a time, and tested them. The Left side doesnt do anything, no sounds, no noises, nothing. The right side squeals like a pig. Got it all disconnected again and finding that these things are extremely rare.. and don't really want to go have some aftermarket equipment put in.. thanks in advance if you can help out.
PN# 16148731 .. But from what I have read here and there today, is that any amp, with these same connectors, from vehicles around that year, will work.
One very similar from a 1992 Cadillac on eBay for $55.00 or Best offer. Offer $40.00. Even if it doesn't work, it's good for parts and you can have yours repaired. Good Luck!

I saw that one earlier but the listing says he doesn't know if it's working or not.. I would rather have 2 known working ones as back ups in case it happens again, as they are well known to blow capacitors from what I have learned.

If they're that rare, why not just have yours repaired? Maybe they're prone to failing, so it might be good idea to find someone that can repair them for you. It's not a complicated item to fix.
