Title: 1956 Cadillac parts need
Post by: carguyblack on November 08, 2019, 06:19:16 AM
Hello all,
I'm helping a friend fix up his 1956 Cadillac convertible and we need a few parts along the way. We are in need of:
1. A few window crank retainer spring clips
2. The foam rubber armrest from the driver side. We don't need the metal finger cup.
3. Passenger side (of course!) rocker stainless repairable.
4. Metal molding on the inside top of the passenger door where the upholstery rolls over the top.
Thanks for any help in locating these things. There will probably be more as we get into it deeper.

If the '56 window crank retainer clips look like what is in the picture below, they should be readily available at any good parts store such as NAPA.  Amazon also has them for sale.  Their assortment has both sizes.  Automotive paint stores would also have them.
