Try the bumper boyz or some of those plating guys.   Might have one in stock ready to go.
I got some nice and nto so nice stuff from a parts yard in Arizona, so try those and CA as well. (all Cads, Cad only, etc.)   There's another two big yards, WV and NC, not sure if they go back to '61.   Hustle is what is needed.

I have a 1962 Cadillac rear center section I would sell. I think they are the same,just 61 has different holes drilled for trim. If that interests you,I will go look at a 61 Cadillac and a 62 Cadillac and see for sure? I'm in Bakersfield,California,so bumper center is solid.Let me know .            Ken Perry

‘61 & ‘62 are different and don’t interchange
