Title: Wanted Drivers side 54-56 hinge cover

I'm still working on my 56 Eldo convert and looking for a hinge cover for drivers door. It appears that 54-56 all will work.
The parts manual calls them a Hold Open. The part number is supposed to be 463 2924. Does anyone know if this info
is correct?

That is correct.  Any left front door hinge cover, or door check spring, will fit. Two door, four door, hardtop and sedan, they are the same, from 54 to 56. They don't interchange between left and right sides though.
