Yes that is too bad. I know this seller or at least I know his family. I stopped and looked at some of his Dad's cars about 21 years ago. We communicated by Facebook messenger to confirm that.
In that part of Illinois there are still a fair amount of these cars tucked in garages, farms, etc. It looks like it was picked up from a residence. The family has a pole barn they put these in.
My curiosity is with the color. Was that that "Salmon" color of 1957? I really like that on the 1956 Buick Roadmasters, especially with black accent and all that chrome. Sadly, I can't see anyone resurrecting this car but just the fact of what it was color wise is interesting to me.
Mountain Laurel code 46 would be my guess.
